Print-on-Demand Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to manage a small but important part of my operation. Your main responsibility will be uploading artwork and designs to our print-on-demand supplier (Gelato) and ensuring quality control across all products.

What you'll do:

• Upload and format creative work for POD using Gelato’s platform

• Double-check for alignment, image quality, and product accuracy

• Monitor order consistency and flag any issues

• Keep things organized and moving smoothly behind the scenes

Ideal candidate:

• Has experience with POD platforms (or is tech-savvy and quick to learn)

• Pays obsessive attention to detail

• Communicates clearly and promptly

• Loves creative work and takes pride in doing things right

This is a flexible, part-time, remote role—perfect for someone who enjoys supporting artists and creatives (like me).
